No Black,No Magenta

I bought a used Mimake jv3 160 sp. Saw it running, ran excellent. Had it shipped to my place and no ink runs through it!!! After several nozzle washes yellow then cyan works. But no sign of black or magenta!! Was unplugged for approx 5 days. And yes inks are full. Now what???

Do you see ink in all lines to and inside the dampers?

What the machine flushed before shipped to you?

change the dampers and buy some cleaning cartridges to run a head wash.
there's a booger in your ink siphon and you gotta wrangle it.

yes on mine a few days was enough to plug up the little needles that pierce the cartridges and allow ink to flow into the tubing.

Can find ink in damper, pump and the tube between this parts to printer head?
Ensure these is no air leak in the ink system, and then suck ink from the tube connect head (take the tube out from head).
If the ink can through tube, it will ok.

head issues

I've tried several head cleans and even soaking magenta head.
any suggestions?
