No connection to Graphtec CE5000-60

Hi ! Last week my plotter just broke. The night before I was contour cutting with no problem, and the day after when I switched it on the USB didn't make the usual sound. I thought it might be the cable, but after trying 3 cables and 1 Pc and 2 Laptops, the situation was clear - the USB port was not working. I tried to hook it on the serial, but after 3-4 hours fight to make it work thought the serial I gave up. Does someone have a similar problem and is it time to order another mainboard !

How about contacting Graphtec first?

Did that already. Told me send us the plotter, which is not an option with the couriers here It's out of warranty, so I have to find cure myself.
