no file in the queue

I am using flexi 8.1, I bring in an eps file (vector) select my cutline, add a contour cut , choose my ICC, RIP and print. I see the file in my printer queue (Mutoh Falcon Outdoor), but it won't show in the cutter queue (Vinyl Express Q-54). If I save my file in PS, and bring it in as a raster file, add a contour cut, RIP and print, it will show it in my printer queue as well as the cutter queue. For some reason when I do it as a raster file, my blues are printing purple. I need the eps file, to get the correct blues. I am using the 3M ICC profiles for both methods. I have 4 tankers that I have to wrap by Tuesday, someone please advise. Thanks
