No power

I'm trying to bring a FJ-50 back to life but I am not getting any power. I checked the power board fuse and it is fine. There are no leds lit on the main board or carriage board. When I turn on the sub power I can hear it go to the power board and then to the main board but nothing after pressing the power on the control panel. I have already changed the ribbon cables on the printheads after reading some similar posts. Any suggestions on what the culprit could be?

I think 90% of problem is same defect condesator on powerboard. Try to visual control, if some condensator ( is on power out, near powercable to mainboard, usually 2200 or over mF/50v) have swollen end, is must to be replace. good luck.
