We only mount film to boards and we notice a little skewing when we use the crowned side of our Orca 3 even though everything seems to be balanced out to a pretty good tolerance. We don't have any problems when we send the boards through from the backside on the smaller rollers. Sooooo. . . . in looking at quality used laminators which models do NOT have crowned rollers? I am starting to get the picture that many of the 60" Seal laminators come crowned.
