Not Consistent Cutting Pressure

Hi,

I have two sign cutters, Allen Datagraph and Ioline. Both have the same issue, not contsistent pressure while cutting. It cut also the backing paper. What is this??

You either have the blade protruding too far, too much down-force or both. Your cutting strip should be smooth and free of cuts, if its all sliced up, replace it.

i've have coil issues few times with summa cutters.. it starts to cut deeper and deeper when you got 150+ objects to cut. Cuttings strip is the first to replace anyway
