Not getting login code

For the past couple months I never get a login code emailed to me after trying to login in to the site. Oddly, when another member sends me a DM I do receive that email notification, and after that am able to login with an emailed login code.

What's up? Can this be fixed or should I make a new account?

Go into your account and disable the two factor authentication, you should be able to log in as usual.
You can always re-enable it later and see if it works like it should, or when you find out if it's a glitch.
