Not Reading OP Printhead on Latex 365

The moment my warranty ended on this thing it has just slowly started crumbling. I've replaced the belt assembly and the scan axis motor which finally cleared an issue with the carriage getting stuck all the way to the left and throwing errors. Then I started getting an error about not being able to read the OP printhead, i tried reseating the flat cables, cleaning the printhead, installing a brand new one, nothing worked. Searched on here and found some people saying the trailing cable might be the issue. Found that mine had a ton of cuts and gouges and broken cables coming out, so assumed that was the problem. It definitely needed replaced.....
But i just got done replacing the Trailing Cable, fired it back up and it still won't read the OP Printhead.... anyone have any ideas on next steps or what it could be??

Is there any kind of diagnostic test to try to figure out which of those it could be? Getting sick of dumping money into it... and also waiting for parts to arrive from China.

In this case not really. You could try with a 3rd printhead but usually if it keeps rejecting you just follow the path. Printhead -> flex -> pca etc.
Also you have to be sure it's not actually complaining about another printhead and if so not allowing you to finish the replacement.

Why order from China if you don't want to wait?? Plenty of parts available.
