Nozzle Stop printing by sections...

Hi, im having this problem whit my two last print heads, and its happening again... The print head stop printing in a section of the nozzles as you can see in the picture.... i have NEW everything... and i dont know what it could be the reason of this fatal problem.... I have new capping, dampers, print head, cables... etc.... PLEASE I NEED HELP.... if any one knows or have any idea about this... PLEASE PLEASE i need help

Its a Mimaki CJV30-100

When's the last time the lines were flushed? Looks like ink starvation.

I cleaned the lines about a year ago... but the dampers always stay full... at their normal level...
