Where is the setting in Corel that allows the OBJECT SIZE window to show multiple decimal places?

Whenever I ham exporting a PDF .03" is being added to the file and as such is being rejected by SIGNS365

This only happening now that I upgraded to CorelDRAW 2023

I know the answer, .003" is the width of a hairline, set whatever bounding box you have to have no outline properties.
You can get your decimal places up to 4 or higher in the settings:
