Need Help OCE ARIZONA 360 GT Printing quality

Can somebody help with this problem shown on these images?
The machine is OCE Arizona 460 GT, Banding.
Scanner alignment is already done.
Printing mode is- Quality mode.

I've never seen banding like that with a clean nozzle check. How are your lamps? Have you printed on this material before? Is the profile made using this material?

Try quality smooth on solids esp those blues.

Does the banding occur when printing the same file on the flatbed or does the banding only occur during printing on the RMO?

banding like this available, when i'm printing solid colours, lamps now is half used, but when lamps was new, i already had this issue, inks i use IJC 258, maybe this is problem.
