ODD PRINTING PROBLEM

I'm having an odd printing problem. (pictured)
This overprint only happens on a long red rectangle printed south to north and occurs at the end of the print (north)

I use a Mutoh Valuejet 1204 & Flexi 8.6 v2

Any idea why this is happening?

I have Flexi 11. When strange things start to happen, I reset preferences. You can reset to an earlier one that you have saved or reset to default preferences.

Any idea why this is happening?

I did not see the red rectangle but have gotten a red narrow band at the top of some photos I have printed a while back from flexi 10. It was an odd thing that never occured after that.
