Went and saw a demo of this printer this week from The Magic Touch. Was pretty impressed but wanted to see of anyone had any input from actual user experience.

The composite black is a lie. It's truly a muddy Grey brown. We had one for a bit and we had quite a few shirts that our clients weren't happy with so we sent it back.

The blacks we saw weren't horrible. They definitely weren't the sake as off our HP L260. Did they give you a black formula to use?

Yes they provided a profile/driver that converted 100% black in corel to their composite black. It was Ok on dark colors but it was really bad on lights and whites.

Gotcha. I'm looking at printing mostly to treated stainless steel and Aluminum any experience with those substrates.

No but we did try glass tiles and it held great... it was white only though.

Was transfer media were you using if you don't mind me asking?

I think it was LaserMPrint or something along those lines... I'll check to see if I have any left.
