Oki ColorPainter M64s Tak-Up Reel Malfunction

Hey! I have two ColorPainter M64s, one seiko and one oki, bought within 2 years apart from each other (back in 2016-2017).

The take up reel on my newer model (oki) has malfunctioned like this before, but I was able to get it back to normal with an adjustment.

The take-up reel is rolling without the tension bar stopping the take up, pulling the material as opposed to it gently rolling with the turn unit.
It used to gently turn the material with an average amount of tension.



Does anyone know how to fix this?
