Old Engraving or Sandblasting Font help

Hey peeps - I'm tasked with replicating the sign in the attached image, but the font is a very odd one I've never seen before. The asymmetrical serif placement on the capital letters leads me to believe this is a font specifically for engraving or sandblasting, but I'm not having any luck finding it. It does not help that the only reference photos I have are potato quality. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you!

Hey B,

Start with a similar base and edit from there is the route i would go.
I suggest Trajan then add the missing serifs back, the other one that seems a possibility is Garamond as the S is close but will need work, If you find the actual font send it to me please.
