Not sure what happened with my old faithfull jsi 24 just one day it started cutting the wrong direction. Before all the cutting began at the lower right side and traveled left now if I set it in that position it goes right and off the page. If I want to cut anything longer than 24 inches it wants to do it in several pieces or wants to keep going right off the vinyl. What changed, and how can I change it back? I am using flexisign 8 on one computer and SignBlazer on another and I am still getting the same issues in both programs. I did try changing cut position (SignBlazer)(Clockwise, Normal, Counter Clockwise) with no changes. So something must have happened to the settings in the cutter.
