Hello everyone, new member here. Been reading forum for sometime but haven't registered before.
I paint motorcycles here in Finland and recently bought old Roland CJ-70 for cutting decals. I got tired of running around sign shops every time customer wanted logo or other small decal to his/hers bike and Roland was very easy on the pocket.
Cutter worked fine when I made test cut. After that I left it standing (in warm garage) without power for two weeks. When I was about to start cutting first real job, control panel stayed completely dark Cutting carriage moves a bit when I push the sub power switch but then it stops and screen doesn't show anything.
I made short vid which shows the problem:

Cutter has been laying around unused in cold (freeze in winter) warehouse for many years. Does anyone have any clue what's wrong with it? Maybe the screen or wirings have gone bad in cold?
I appreciate any help that you can provide. If it looks too bad I'll probably just have to discard this and get a new one in stead.
