Omega 2.1 install on Windows 8.1?

Title says it all!

Unfortunately...
I only have a full / normal install disk of Omega 2.1
and Upgrade versions of 4 & 5

am I screwed?
Or is there something I'm missing?

Tried to install using the Rt Click / Properties on the .EXE of 2.1
making it Run As XP
But it still says something about not installing on an NT system

help.
