Need Help Omega 4.0 Repeats Sizing issue, any ideas?

I am running OMEGA 4.0 on widows 7.
Installed a new hard drive
Reinstalled Omega software.

Everything seems to function the same as before BUT…
When I select the file to be cut is shows that it is the correct size (say 14”w x 4.5”h)


File>Output Selected – opens the art and shows to be sized correctly
But will cut it at (6”w x2”h) and in the Repeats it will show I can get 8up which should not be able to. (2up would be max)

If I let it show color selected for Edge and not cut line then the size does show up correctly and would allow 2 up like it should.

Is the something that maybe defaulted or a dialog box I am missing?

Had this equipment for a long time and this is the second hard drive install over the years, but first time I have had this issue.

If the Output window shows that you can stack more than you know that fit - perhaps you have the wrong plotter installed or selected.

Yes, that was the issue! Thanks for the suggestion and to Gerber Service for adding in a few more details to get me up and running again.
