Omega & Roland GX-24 Plotter

Hello,

I just got a Roland GX-24 Plotter and am having an issue using it with Gerber Omega 1.56.

The issue is that if I plot something it cuts fine... if I cut something else it hangs. I figured that if I close the GQMgr after each cut it works fine. Not a biggie, but having to close the queue is a bit of a pain.

Has anybody experienced this problem or know a solution?

Anyone have a constructive solution? Like, um, maybe a solution related to um, this "Gerber" Section.

i have been cutting from corel to a ROLAND...since 1993...............and dont own any GERBER...

ok will omega send an .AI or ,EPS to plotter???? then it should talk to a roland....
look in your gerber and see if they provide a driver for the roland..............
