omega "weld" function

In working in other softwares they offer weld features(signlab, Coreldraw), having worked alittle with Omega I seem to be missing this function of welding things together or apart, is there another name for this function in omega that I am missing? I am working with Omega 5.

Going from memory, I think it's called "Contour" in Omega, under the Effects menu.
