On site service for training and service

I have three gerber plotters and an EdgeFX. I would love to have someone come give them some TLC and give my wife and I some training on operation. I have been using them for 20 years, but recently running into all kinds of problems. Currently struggling with back cutting vinyl. Does anyone offer this kind of service?

I don't see anyone listed with Gerber experience but it can't hurt to try.

I know it's been a real challenge getting our old Gerber plotters serviced - have had to crate them up and ship them half way around the county only to come back with same issues.

Yup, we have sent two to the Plotter Doctor for service and they did good work, just trying to avoid shipping these giants across the continent.

Gerber offers onsite service but for some problems, its best to ship them to Gerber in CT. For service contact them at 800-828-5406. If you're interested in training Gerber offers onsite and virtual training. Send me a PM and I can get you in contact with the Gerber trainer.
