Onyx 11 problem

Hi everyone! Hope your Labor Day was uneventful!

What is going on in the clouds in the attached picture?
The original file is not like that, but when I process it in Onyx, it changes and prints like the attached.

What am I doing wrong?

Change the print mode to a different material or something. see if it changed. Could be a shit ICC profile OR it's got no background in that section in the image. like someones edited the clouds wrong, example - image is a layer, no background and the eraser tool was used to clean up the clouds.

It stays the same with some medias, and changes with others...

Does the white disappear when you say it changes or the over all image changes?
Check the file in photoshop or what ever program you use. possible issue with the image

Just the white portion changes.

Does it fix it or not? i need a little more detail on what is going on when changing profiles.
