Onyx 12.1 crashing

Hi Guys, having issues with Rip Que today. Its not initializing

Opened small pdf took forever and then crashed onyx
ive deleted everything from that printer work folder but the file that I was loading before the problem keeps reappearing after deleting and restarting Onyx and onyx will crash and then the file re appears

if I remember there was somewhere else to look for an issue but I cant remember

Onyx 12.1
SC 60600
windows 10

Any help would be appreciated

I haven't done a complete fresh install but have did the repair/upgrade to no avail

We've had that happen a couple of times on 12.2.

• Close Onyx
• Ensure that the job is definitely gone from the work folder eg. D:\Onyx12\Work\EPSON SureColor S60600
• Reboot the workstation
• Load Onyx. The job may pop up again but should disappear of its own accord. I don't know how Onyx does that when the files aren't even there any more, but restarting Onyx 2-3 times usually makes it go away completely.

Hopefully this works for you as it has for us.
