Need Help Onyx 12 RIP won't open PDF files

Hi all!

Can anyone shed some light on why Onyx won't open certain PDF files?

It's not every single file, but now and then it simply doesn't load the file.
It doesn't even acknowledge that a file has been imported in the console in the bottom right.

Help?

Watch the console box after you click Open to see if it imports the file or not. Sometimes if the file contains errors, you will see a brief error message there.

That's the thing, it doesn't come up at all in the console box.
