Onyx 22 Crashes upon opening

Sorry program version is 24

So this morning I go to open Onyx Rip-Queue and it crashes as soon as it opens. I deleted all items in the work folder, deleted and reinstalled the program. Program worked fine yesterday, today it is messed up.

I am still on windows 10 with extended support for updates. I even tried rolling back a few Windows updates just incase it was a Windows update problem.

Once I reinstalled the program, I reinstalled the printer from a backup. Program still crashes once it opens.

Any ideas on what to do next.

Did you clear the cut files also?
I have had crashing issues before after ripping files with excessively long file names.

Well I just got off the phone with ONYX support, basically was told to upgrade or don't bother us.

Time to look for another rip I guess

So I fixed the problem. I did a complete uninstall using Revo Uninstaller. Removed all registry entries. Reinstall the software but did not use a backup of the printer or cutters.

Installed printer as a new printer and so far I can print at least.. It looks like the printer or the cutter files were corrupted somehow after working for years.

Will post more updates as I get everything install.

Onyx is pretty bad, support hours are minimal and each version brings more bugs and no new features
