I finally started using my Thrive v24 and I had tested some prints as sheets when I installed this version to make sure things work working correctly. (Sending cut files, barcode cutting...) However I didn't do any rolls that I can remember. I printed a roll last week and went to cut it, it scanned the barcode and started cutting, but after it finished I noticed in my queue that some of the cut files were being removed on their own. Also after it cut the first print it went back to the origin and cut a 2" strip then stopped. Normally it will cut the first sheet, advance and cut the next barcode and then come back and cross cut the first sheet off, then continue to the next and so on.
