Need Help onyx 7.3.2 error

We have a HP Scitex FB950. We use Onyx 7.3.2

Few days ago we reset the PC and after we install everything Win XP (32) we install onyx and the driver, we make the protocol connection by videonet anyway everything was normal when I want to send my print then make an error on RIP, this error appears:

Selected ink configuration does not match printer.
Ink 1 (Cyan) is not in the printer ink configuration.
***Error - cannot start print.

Does anyone knows how to fix this error, and what I need to do?.
