We have a Colorspan 5460UV/HP Designjet H35500 UV wide format printer. We use Onyx 7.3.2 as the RIP.
Yesterday I started getting the following error:
Selected ink configuration does not match printer.
Ink 1 (Cyan) is not in the printer ink configuration.
***Error - cannot start print.
I tried re-ripping; re-saving (working file is Illustrator vector) PDF; saving PDF and opening in PhotoShop to rasterize and then flatten, then saving again; rebooting RIP machine; rebooting printer; made sure firmware on printer and drivers/software on RIP were up to date; even tried reinstalling RIP and media profiles.
I searched and couldn't find anything for this particular issue in the forum or on Google. Anyone ever have this issue? Any thoughts on what I haven't tried yet?
