Onyx Cut Server lacks sorting

When we send a contour through Onyx Cut Server to our FC7000-130, it doesn't cut the objects in a properly sorted manner. There is a single check box in Cut Server to enable sorting, which we have checked. Is there somewhere else where more advanced sorting options can be configured?
