Onyx Filters not printing all of a sudden

Help!
Came in today, files that I have printed over and over before, now the filters are not applying. We already have them applied in preflight and have not changed anything in the profiles. We did not change any settings in media manager either..... Tried rebooting machine and computer to no avail. What would change this?? Today was supposed to be a good day....
We are using Onyx 10 and Mimaki JV3 160S...

Were the changes in the filters in your curves or spot color replacement?

You can try going into your 'Work' folder and delete the ONYX file for that job and then rerip the file also. On a windows based machine it would be:

C:\Onyx10\Work/(yourfilenamehere)

I was told to do that before by ONYX support when we were having a similar problem.

Nope, no filters had been changed.
I even tried bringing a new file in and applying the previous profile, but it doesnt even look the same when brought in and applied.
I am looking for the onyx built in profile for Avery1005EZ, I cannot seem to find the exact file on the Avery website. I was wondering if the profile is corrupt, because I get an error every now and then about an invalid profile, but it doesnt state which one is invalid. I have no idea what is going on , I have never saw this before. Could it be the profile I am using has gotten corrupt, somehow?? I really wanted to find a duplicate profile and try putting it in as a copy, but cannot find it. I dont want to copy the one I have in Onyx in case it is corrupt I wouldnt be able to tell. Ugh...

I'm sorry, I must not have been clear in my question.

In the filter you are applying, there are changes that you made from your calibrated curve, are there not? Or is your filter just another profile without you making any changes to it?

There are a few spot color replacements ( using color picker) and a primary color level adjustment ( +40 cyan, +10 yellow) , which is shows as it is applied but doesnt look the same as when compared to an older file. No color curves were not changed. My filters are saved permanantly in each the file and does not need to be reapplied when opening. I just noticed they were not coming through when I sent it to the printer when I checked it with my proof. Just to be clear, this is happening with all of my files , not just a select few.

Thanks for the clarification.

I've experienced something similar on individual files but nothing across the board like this. Sorry...

It seems like my files are coming out duller, on both printers from the same RIP. Like they are lacking yellow.... its really strange.

Problem resolved- I did a complete reinstall of Onyx software. Apparently, power outages can corrupt/affect your program/rip que if it is running when the outage occurs. Called Onyx and they recommended reinstalling. I reinstalled the thing and wal-lah! problem fixed!!! So if anyone else is having issues, reinstall!! It was corrupt somehow or another. Filters apply and print like butter!
