Anyone here use Onyx hub?

If so, what are you using it for, has it helped you/your company in any way?

I just came here to ask the same. We use HP Latex printers, and PrintOS does similar reporting. I was curious if I gained anything by setting up Onyx HUB.

i had it on a demo. it did nothing useful.
If somewhat useful if onyx is your printers Spool. then it could measure print time and that. but if your printers have their own spool like our colorados and arizona, it gives no useful data only on media usage.

Thanks for that feedback. With printOS that also tracks our HP printers it sounds like I don’t have a need for Onyx hub.

if you want to try it, you can download the 30d demo of onyx thrive , it'll all be included.

I find onyx adds useless features they can charge for.
I moved to caldera, dont have the feature and im not looking for it.

I cant remember what else it did. all i remember was tracking printer operation time, ink i think, media usage.
