Onyx Issue Spooling to r1000

Been struggling today with a rip issue that I thought was the network but have possibly narrowed it down to tiling.

I'm sending window prints over to the r1000 and it'll get to 26 or 50% then start crawling or not moving at all during spooling. I narrowed it down to only files that I'm having onyx create tiles for. It's also not naming them the same on the r1000 it's doing it without the (1) (2) etc.

Anyone experienced this or have any ideas?

Are you ripping first then send or rip and print simultaneously? Are you ripping as separate files?

Dropping on rip with a hot folder that enables tiling

Try spooling it to a local folder on your rip pc. Same problem?
Then copy these files manually to the share and see if the transfer slows down.
