Need Help Onyx Layout tool cut path error

Hello new to the industry im using onyx thrive 19 layout tool to make tiling and cut but I get an error when I try to do the cut path. getting an error saying : "Failed to generate any cut path from image" im using a jpeg. im not sure what's wrong

Don't use layout tool, do it in the job editor.

but how would i add cut paths in job editor so that the plotter can cut them i dont see the options in there
