onyx not sending calibration swatch to print queue

I'm trying to make a new profile for the HP Scitex XL1500 but I can't get any of the calibration charts into the print queue. The same software works just fine for the Epson S60600.

The queue works fine for our regular work flow, but not for any related to making a new ICC profile.

Check your preferences in media manager and make sure your "print method" is set to "RIP-Queue"

I'm back at this again and having the same issue. The setting you mentioned was set to "RIP-Queue".

Yes I did. That printer is about 20 years old and I think the profiling software isn't communicating with the printer correctly.
