ONYX Postershop, Number of Copies defaults to 1

I've been researching this for a couple of weeks now and have found zero answers. I'm posting in hopes that someone has experienced this before.




Details of Software:
Onyx PosterShop 10.2.5.45
CorelDraw 11
Adobe CS5.5
Acrobat


File Types:
PDF, JPG, CDR


Printers being used:
HP DesignJet z6100
Epson GS600
Epson SureColor 30670


Description of problem:
When sending files to print, which have a quantity greater than 1, after ripping, the quantity defaults to 1. It happens consistently on the HP DesignJet z6100 (The paper size is set to 36in.)
It happens often on the other two printers, but the paper size is "44in".

The problem has been tested using multiple computers, different programs and file types.

thanks for the reply scott. Unfortunately, the setting is already set to Auto :/
