Onyx profiles convert to Flexi

I have some media profiles in Onyx I’d like to bring over to Flexi. Is this possible, and if so, how is this done? I’ve read a few guides but they’re not really specific on what to do.

Thanks!

Have you tried just loading the Onyx profile into Flexi and testing it out? In theory it could load but you'll lose certain calibrations like linearization and ink limits which would need to be redone in Flexi. If you don't have calibration equipment, It might be easier to just search for Flexi profiles for the same media, ink, and printer.

That’s the part I’m missing, I don’t see where to export and import profiles. I have the calibration equipment, I just haven’t done one from start to finish and right now I’ve got work coming out of my ears so I don’t really want to deal with the downtime to make the transition

Unfortunately flexi doesn’t have either of the printers I’d like to use, Roland VG3 CMYKOrGrlK but more importantly the Ricoh TF6251 flatbed

Check your Onyx folder for another folder called, "Media" I believe. They should be stored there. Then, in production manager where you normally choose the profile, there should be an, "Add Profile" option at the end of the list.
