Need Help onyx rip error. Postershop 12

I was just printing banners early this week. Came in today and tried to print an .eps banner. It is file until you rotate the design then you get

ui for global graphics pdf print engine has stopped working

If i save design as a pdf it works fine?
Any thoughts.
