Hoping someone can help point me in the right direction. I need installer files for Onyx Thrive 18.5. I have my hardware license key dongle, but the installation media has gone missing and I need to do a reinstallation. Thanks in advance!

Yes, unfortunately, oldest version there is 22, and upgrading is something I'm hoping to avoid right now. Bosses are looking for a solution that doesn't involve adding yet another subscription software model.

You can still buy Onyx-Updates. You will need to buy an Onyx Advantage-Agreement for one year, but that is only a maintenance Agreement. If this runs off after a year, you still own the update.

This is also very good to know, I will certainly pass this info up the chain! Obviously I'd personally prefer to get more up to date.
