Onyx Thrive and Spot Color Library

Hello!

I am working on a project with the Panthera S4 with the Thrive Onyx operating system. It works perfectly.....except one color and it never comes out when the spot color is used within the file the customer sent. When I print the set of colors as a whole, it comes out perfectly every time. My recipes aren't wrong and I'm not doing anything to change the color values.

Any ideas? or Help?
