ONYX Thrive Trial - OPOS CAM Barcode Not Printing | Trying to Set Up OPOS XY2 Workflow

Hello,

I am trying an ONYX Thrive Trial, *which completely bricked my access to Onyx Gamaprint btw* and I am trying to set up my Barcode workflow to Utilize XY2.

Backstory, I am going through options on trying to fix an accuracy problem, and my next path is trying to utilize the XY2 workflow, but I am now encountering this issue.

I followed this video:

I followed the directions step by step, but for some reason, it is printing without the Barcode. I have never had this problem before, yet I have been working on ONYX 19 for the past 3 years, so upgrading and trying Thrive, there is a some new things that I am not aware of that I may be missing.

The Trial is 22.5.1, and my Summa software and firmware is up to date, I cant figure out why the barcode isn't printing.

I am also trying to get the OPOS XY2 workflow to operate and read the back bar, but I didn't see it do it. *This is me manually loading the cut file, without the barcode, It may change once I fix the barcode issue* If anyone has instructions to getting OPOX XY2 to operate as intended that would be awesome also!

Any ideas?

try the OPOS XY2 setting, you image shows OPOS X, I just checked mine and I use the OPOS XY2 and the barcode shows up. Let me know if you need more help

If you actually go into the settings, there is no OPOS XY setting, the only option in Summa is OPOS X

go to file then manage cutters select your cutter, and then configure

you also have to select your cutter in the job editor, hit apply and the print and then submit

Guys it's also different based on Onyx versions. Onyx likes to keep changing things and on the video they only showed two versions from over a year ago..

He is trying a trail version, so he should be on the latest 22.5 version

found it, his cutter config says OPOS instead of Summa, compare his to mine
