Onyx tiling issues!

Hello,

I am having a strange tiling issue, the tiles I have selected in Preflight are not being sent to ProductionHouse, please have a look and please someone explain whats going on here??

What is the physical size of the file? I had one the other day that exceeded the 2GB limit. I had our artist rework it and then we were fine.
