Onyx X10 with GS6000

I was printing yesterday, my media twisted and I started getting head strikes. I cancelled the job, now when I try to restart any job, I can't get a connection between the printer and the computer (using ONYX X10). I tried different jobs, and I checked all of my ports and ip address, and everything is correct. The Ripque say Online when I send the job, then the status goes to 8.3% before stopping, the printer says ready the whole time, but doesn't start printing. Any advise?

I figured it out. For whatever reason, shutting everything down just wasn't clearing anything. So we unplugged the power cord from the printer for a few minutes, and wallaah... I am back in business.
