I have created a Safety flyer for the oilfield industry.....thoughts.....ideas.....would be much appreciated

You need to pull it all away from the edges a little. It's quite crowded.

That blue would make a good border color.

Your orange flashers are orange circles. Very distracting and not very obvious as to what they really are. Agree with signmeup as well about the edges. It may be subtle but if one of those 3 Safety First characters was missing a finger or two...
