Bottom Left - no gradients means cheaper printing and easier vinyl work - even easier painting work.

The removal of the script element keeps it from feeling too dated.

I like the top left what I would change is put his name in that script. And roofing in a bold sans serif with a top bar and a bottom bar or a rule line. This way it would look like the bottom pot of the house and give the logo some weight.

But they all look cool RJ

Original bottom right, and drop the text down a smidge. It's crowded by the roof just a little too much.
