OPOS marks, adding them by hand?

I do not own Corel Draw or Illustrator, is it possible to add this marks by hand (with inkscape for example)?

Can someone send me an example how the marks look like?

Download Summa GoSign Tools, it installs plugins to add regmarks in inkscape too
