Hi everyone. I looking for some suggestions for an order. It's for 2 types of tanks one iron tank and one stainless steel tank. The customer wants the company logo on each one. The tanks are outside in the south Florida heat and the tanks themselves are warm from the inside. Not sure what type of vinyl the previous shop used but it's peeling off but they have another tank with an older vinyl logo on it that been there for a couple years that's not peeling. What type of material would work best? Or should I just get a stencil and paint the logo on them?

we got your same heat in alabama, it will destroy signage! I would do 3M180c decals or oracal 751 and let it be at that. You could paint the iron tak but that stainless is going to be a PITA

We just did some oil refinery tankers, like 30ft tall. We subcontracted a local muralist to paint it on, due to the size. You could possibly make a stencil of the logo, apply it then paint the logo onto the tanks. Just an alternate option if you aren't dealing with the scale of tanks we had.
