Need Help Outer Frame Cut alignment

Wondering if there's any adjustments or settings that I'm missing to get the outer frame cut to to be on the actual art edge. I've gone through P/C adjustment and scale adjustment and I'm still getting the cut outside the art. See the attachment for what I'm getting. What am I missing here? Running a Mimaki CJV30-130 and Rasterlink 6plus.
