Outline Problems

I’ve never had this issue before, but now this now that usually gives me two options is gray and does nothing. Anyone know why? It’s really creating a problem for me when I try to add outlines. Thanks!

For outline, change contour in the top drop box to outline.

 

[IsItFasst]

Change the 0.100 to a 0 and that should give you your normal contour options in place of the gray box.
