OK so after having major cut issues I called in and I printed the compensation lines, its suppose to be 30cm but was 29.95 - so I dialed that into the setting.
After doing that...
When I find the barcode it scans the two squares on the right side, when it moves to the left it always scans for it about 1.5cm away and is unable to find the square? Does anyone know why its doing this or have had that issue before?
